The Flower Hut  COVID-19 statement
As a local independent business within our community we would like to reassure all our customers that their health and safety and that of those receiving deliveries from us is at the forefront of our minds
We are delivering as normal but with The Flower Hut team going above and beyond the advice given, not only washing their hands constantly, but using alcohol wipes on surfaces including door handle, card payment pin pad etc. regularly.  For the time being we are only accepting online & card payments
Our lovely drivers will be continuing to make deliveries and delighting our lovely customers with our beautiful flowers as always, but with a few important adjustments
• Our drivers will be wearing disposable gloves to avoid any potential spread of the virus
• We also appreciate that those in the ‘at-risk’ groups may not wish to have face-to-face contact with our drivers. We will happily leave the flowers on the doorstep, if the recipient is at home to take them. Our driver will wait in the van to see that they have been safely brought in
• We will continue to find a safe place for deliveries where nobody is at home, leaving a card through the door as usual
We appreciate that you may be restricting your own travel plans at this testing time, but we want to assure you that we will continue to send your Love & Best Wishes in these unprecedented circumstances
